1. Is my credit card secure? Our credit card service is one of the most secure with VeriSign™. When your credit card is submitted a security code is required. This prevents hackers from gathering your credit info. We are unable to access or store your credit card information.

2. What if I don't have a credit card? Contact us and we will make arrangements for you to send us a money order or certified check. We can then ship your order.

3. Are there shipping charges? On orders over $75.00 shipping is free. Under $75.00 there is a $8.00 shipping charge. For rates to Alaska & Hawaii and UPS next day air click here.

4. If there is a problem with my order, can I return it? We guarantee satisfaction. If for wrong items were shipped or there is a defective part, you may contact us and we will inform you where to return the item(s) and issue a refund. Unfortunately, due to purity requirements and possible contamination, we cannot accept the return of any liquid product.

7. Will there be new products and sales? Go to the CONTACT US page and there you can sign up for our newsletters showing specials and new products. NOTE: We never give email addresses to a third party.

8. How quick can I expect my order? We usually ship orders within 24 hours. You should receive them in several days depending on your location. Occasionally an item is out of stock. If this happens, you will be emailed when shipment can be expected.

9. How do you ship? We ship by UPS. Usually within 24 hours a tracking number will be available.

10. What about shipping insurance? We insure all shipments at no cost to you.
