40/42 Lavender has the most floral scent of all the Lavenders, the 40/42 refers to the standardization of both Linalool and Linalyl acetate resulting in a very consistent floral scent, though it’s therapeutic levels are the lower. CHARACTERISTICS: Clean, fresh, floral top note, and subtle green herbaceous undertones. Blends well with other floral, citrus and herb essential oils.
THERAPEUTIC PROPERTIES: Analgesic, antidepressant, antiseptic, antiviral, cytophylactic, decongestant, deodorant, emmenagogue, hypotensive, nervine, sedative, tonic.
