Our Melissa (Lemon Balm) essential oil is 100% pure.
SOURCE: Steam distilled from the flowering tops and leaves.
CHARACTERISTICS: Warm, fresh, lemon- sherbet top notes and sweet, radiant, delicat balsamic, herbal undertones. It blends well with florals and citruses especially lavender, rose and geranium.
THERAPEUTIC PROPERTIES: Antidepres- sant, antiseptic, antispasmodic, antiviral, bactericidal, carminative, febrifuge, hypotensor, nervine, sedative, tonic.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Avoid if you have very sensitive skin, and always use in a small amount - not more than 1% in carrier oil.

1 oz= 8 drams; 1 oz = 30 ml; 1/6 oz = 5 ml.
