SOURCE: steam distillation of the dried flowering herb
CHARACTERISTICS: Spicy, warm, herbaceous, camphoraceous fragrance. Blends well with: pine, lavender spike, citronella, rosemary, camphor and cedarwood.
THERAPEUTIC PROPERTIES: analgesic, anthelminthic, antirheumatic, antiseptic, antispasmodic, antitoxic, antiviral, bactericidal, carminative, choleretic, cytophlactic, diaphoretic, diuretic, emmenagogue, expectorant, febrifuge, fungicidal, parasiticide, rubefacient, stimulant, tonic.
COUNTERINDICATIONS: Avoid in pregnancy, dermal toxin, skin irritant, mucous membrane irritant.

1 oz= 8 drams; 1 oz = 30 ml; 1/6 oz = 5 ml.
