SOURCE: Steam distilled from the flowering tops and leaves.
CHARACTERISTICS: A fresh, bright, kpenetrating minty top notes and sharp green camphorous undertones. It blends well with lavender, rosemary, eucalyptus and lemon.
THERAPEUTIC PROPERTIES: Analgesic, antiseptic, antispasmodic, astringent, carminative, cephalic, decongestant, digestive, expectorant, febrifuge, nervine, stimulant, stomachic.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: Use only in small amounts in the bath and on the skin. Avoid using peppermint alongside homeopathic remedies.
