SOURCE: Steam distilled from the leaves and flowers
CHARACTERISTICS: Sweet rosy-floral slightly minty. Blends well with with many oils especially bergamot, lavender, basil, rosemary, black pepper, rose, neroli, sandalwood, rosewood, juniper, lemon, patchouli, jasmine and orange.
THERAPEUTIC PROPERTIES: antiseptic, antidepressant, astringent, cicatrizant, deodorant, diuretic, fungicidal, hemostatic, stimulant, tonic, vulnary, anti-contagious, spasmotic.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: Non-toxic, non-irritant, possible contact dermatitis in hypersensitive individuals.
